When was the last time you asked your wife out for a personal dinner? When did you last dress up for your husband? When was the last time you both had some time with each other in the strictest sense of the term? You are probably thinking very hard! There is reason for this behavior and mind you, you are not the only person going through it all! The state of affairs in most marriages is the same. There is no need for a mutual tension to arrive at such a sad state, neither is there the need for the wife to become an obese hog for the husband to forget that he has something called a wife. The husband need not have essentially turned into a stinking moose from the heavenly Adam he was at the time of their courting. The fact is that there is no time. The inclination is also nearly nil. Ten years into the marital state the two people that make one marriage start feeling that there is no decrepit need for them to pay full time attention to their spouse.

This is a sad state of affairs and you have a chance of getting yourself out of it! The idea is that of dating your spouse. You will probably laugh at the absurdity of such an idea but the truth is that you need to try it out once and find that you are actually enjoying it. There was a time when you both were excessively devoted to each other and have slowly learnt to go away from it all with passing time. The reason being that there are other things to think of rather than smirking at the idea of your spouse alone.

The home is also a place where other issues like savings, children, expenses, jobs and relatives need to be considered. Do it just once a month! What?  Date your partner in life. Make him or her feel special in a new way. You would need to just give it a thought and things can get done in a better way than you expect it to. A little careful make up and you can actually manage to look much younger than your years. It is high time you found some use for all those jewels you got during the time of your marriage and has been sleeping in an oversized vault for the last decade. Newly married couples date each other in any case and need no advise except that of continuing in the same strain in future too. As for those of you who were oblivious of the presence of a wife or a husband, go dating and experience the difference.
