Try and enlist the feelings that retrieve in your mind as soon as you think of dating! The feeling is possibly one of obvious happiness and joy. Definitely there are several other feelings as expectation, excitement and even a sense of dread due to the idea that you might not be able to do well on the date as your finances have been running low of late. But the feeling is one of eagerness and relief. The date comes as a welcome relief and change from the everyday grind of a job, business or education. There have been few people or none known to smirk and abhor the idea of dating. The reason being that a person gets a welcome chance of being one’s real self and a person who can be a source of jocund company and as a person who is charming enough to be loved and wooed.

Research and statistics have shown that the idea of dating is normally linked with a feeling of mutual satisfaction and happiness. The people who are involved in a dating relationship and are fairly committed to each other are people who go around with the feeling of being on the top of the world. A person need not belong to a certain age group in order to enjoy the dating process. Even a man who has been married to a certain lady for 10 years still feels excited at the idea of a date that he is to take her out on after a lapse of several years. Research has shown that married couples that continue dating each other even after entering the marital bliss for several years, enjoy the comfort of a better relationship with their spouses.

The idea of being someone charming and genteel is the greatest draw in the genre of dating. Most people are tied down with work and hardly have the time to go on a family trip to places or to find some time for one’s spouse. Such people feel that they would explode due to the accumulated tension inside them and look at a date as a welcome relief. There is a made to please attitude in dating that most people enjoy. A single date in the month expected with much awe or wonder is enough to give the person the gladness and the energy that he or she needs throughout the month. Dating is great and to understand its effect on mental health requires you to date! So, go for it!
